North Shore Hovland Cabin

12+ acres at the base of the cliff of one of the highest peaks on the North Shore and 10 minute walk (3/4 mile) to Lake Superior down Whippoorwill Lane. Hiking/ski trails on the property. Acreage is magnificent, having never been logged! (one huge white pine in each of 4 directions with huge boulders from the cliff in backyard..) and is next to Federal land and to our other 20+ acres. The cabin is in an area of 20 acre parcels but grandfathered in with 12 acres.

Tucked into the woods it feels like a tree house...(drum roll....you can see the lake for 3 seasons from the second floor through the trees and if you climb the cliff you can see Isle Royale).
